The application also enables synchronization with Apple HealthKit, Strava, and Selfloops to effortlessly store your workout data.
The Mio APP seamlessly connects with the innovative mioPOD heart rate training tracker. By pairing your mioPOD with the app and selecting your preferred training Heart Rate zones, the MIO Cardio Pilot™ will assist you in maintaining your individual training intensity targets through haptic feedback and color light alerts.
The Mio APP is available in English and Chinese languages.
